an updateless update

So things have gotten very hectic very fast and I wont be updating this site anymore, at least for the time being. I am working on a flash site for Down the Rabbit Hole Films and thats where you will be able to find the projects I am working on. You can visit it at: http://www.downtherabbitholefilms.com/ Fedora is still being edited and it may take awhile to complete, for more info on that please check out the Facebook page at: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Fedora/138399122840473 or the movie site will be up shortly at: http://www.fedorafilm.com/ As for the future of Little Death; the skies still the limit and we have a lot of projects to pick from. More than likely we will be shooting a comedy or a webseries. For more updates on Little Death we will be using: http://www.littledeathproductions.com/ once its up and running. So check out those sites! Until then take care all!

We're wrapped on Principle Photography for FEDORA

Hello everyone!

We finished shooting the big shootout scene! Thanks to the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild for their location and support. Now we are officially in post-production with only the editing, score, soundrack, sound effects, and voice overs to go! We are projecting the finish of FEDORA to be about the begining of September.

In the meantime we are gearing up for doing a few music videos and live sets! Stay tuned for more details on that.

Make sure you all come out to our wrap party on August 7th at the House of Rock, for more details and to rsvp please visit the event section of our facebook page.

In the last month:

We have made significant progress since our last update! We are nearly done with principal photography on Fedora! We only have less than two weeks and 3 scenes left to shoot. Filming the bar scenes at House of Rock couldn't have gone better! We brought a great photographer on board for additional behind the scenes images (see above). So make sure to check out Hoeppner Photography!
We have also started up a facebook page for the film! This will make getting up-to-date news and goodies even easier for fans of the film! Check it out at:
So make sure to fan the page and check out all the behind the scene pictures there!

Now that we are wrapped on the bar scenes we are moving onto getting ready for the restaurant scene. This scene will be one to remember for sure! We will be filming this with and at the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild's rehearsal space. Which we will be turning into a restaurant during the shoot, so make sure to mark your calenders for that!

Now that production on Fedora is winding down we are starting to work on our next projects including some music videos and a webseries! So make sure to keep an eye out for the next big project coming from us!

Back to updating

Hello everyone!

It has been far to long since I have updated this. Nearly two months! I appologize for that. We have all been quite swamped with Fedora lately. Plus we have done some work for A-1 Priority Insurance. Make sure you check them out here.

Nearly everything is ready to go with Fedora and we couldn't be happier. We had to change the shoot dates unfortunately so we haven't started shooting yet. The first day of shooting is this coming Saturday! And we will be shooting nearly every weekend until July 18th. We're hard at work putting the final parts of the puzzle together. We are also going to be rehearsing a lot in the coming weeks. But you can expect some promotional material including a trailer to come very soon!

As far as other projects coming soon: We are set to do a music video for No Loving Place in July sometime. We are also starting to develop a webseries that will premier this winter hopefully. So stay tuned for updates on those.

Just a quick update for now so you all know that we're still here. Once things move farther along with production I'll make sure to give you all some details by posting pictures and some video! Also once production is finished on Fedora I'm going to bring a web designer on board to make a real site for you all to enjoy.

Thanks for reading!

Nearly There

Once again I must apologize for the lack of updates. We are all incredibly busy getting everything ready for the shoot. Within a week we should have everything with locations and financing finished. We are at the fun legal stage and it's just a matter of paperwork. I will update you all on our locations once they are 100%.

The dates for production have been set! We will be shooting from May 15th to May 31st. The first weekend/week will be all of the flashback sequences, followed by all of the outdoor shots. After a short break for rehearsal we will be shooting the bar scenes (the bulk of the film) so definitely mark your calendars for May 23rd-26th if you would like to be an extra! Then we are going to be shooting the restaurant scene during the last weekend.

Casting is officially closed for this project. The few remaining roles are going to be filled shortly by our casting director. We do however need a few extra hands for the bar and restaurant scenes. If you are interested in being apart of the crew contact us asap!

That's all for this update. Lots more to come soon. Thanks for reading!

Update

Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of updates. Pre-production is now in full swing and with a full list of issues. Or tentative plan for shooting is going to be the last two weeks in May. This is so we have plenty of time to get everything together. We are currently working on our locations and funding, once these two tasks are completed; everything else will come along nicely. You can also expect a lot more promotional items to come soon. Just a short update for now, lots more to come in the near future. Thanks.

Crew and locations

Hello all! I've been quite busy working away on getting our locations all set up. Hopefully by the weeks end we will have the location for the bar scenes in Fedora. This would be a major accomplishment because the majority of the movie is set in the bar. The rest of the locations are falling into place nicely. Although, we do need someplace where we can set up our restaurant scene so if you have any ideas please let us know.

We are also looking to fill the rest of our crew positions immediately. We need a few good PAs and some skilled craftsmen or craftswomen if that's a word which are your makeup, wardrobe, photographers, DPs, ect. We will shuftle people around as needed based on skill, exp, and interest. We are keeping the crew to a minimum and are going to try to create a tight-knit group, so we need to bring people on board asap. If you are interested or know someone that may be, please send us and email at: littledeathproductionco@gmail.com

Thanks!
